Age Requirements:
• 25 Years or older-proof of ID required at check in.
Deposit Requirements:
• The first nights deposit plus tax is due at time of booking.
• The balance is due fourteen days prior to check in.
• If reservations are booked less then 21 days of arrival full amount is due.
Deposit Payment Methods Accepted:
• Visa or MasterCard
• Discover
• Cashier check or Money Order
• Personal checks must be received in our office 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
• All reservations must be canceled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date.
The deposit minus a cancellation fee of $50.00 and the one time $30.00 processing fee (plus tax) will be refunded back to you.
• All cancellation request received less then 30 days and up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in the forfeit of the full deposit. Your deposit minus the $50.00 plus tax cancellation fee will be put into a hold file and you will have up to one year from date of cancellation to reschedule.
• All cancellation request received 72-hours or less prior to your arrival will be left up to Twin Mountain Cabins discretion on whether a reschedule will be allowed.
• All rescheduled reservations are nonrefundable and can only be rescheduled once. A reschedule deposit will not be applied toward Holidays and Special Event reservations.
• You will be responsible for all days scheduled on your reservation. If you must eliminate any days on your reservation you must do so 30 days or more prior to your arrival. We Do Not Refund or reschedule for Early Departures!
Reservation Modification:
• All days eliminated less then 30 days and up to 73 hours prior to your arrival, will be charged half of daily rate for each day eliminated.
• All Modification request received 72-hours or less prior to your arrival will be left up to Twin Mountain Cabins discretion on whether any days may be eliminated.
Minimum Night Requirements:
• Unless stated below there is a two night minimum.
• All holidays, Special Events, July, and October have a three night or more minimum night stay. NO DAYS MAY BE ELIMINATED.
Weather Conditions:
• Chains or 4-wheel drive are recommended during the winter months. Please come prepared for mountain travel. Deposit will not be returned due to inability to reach your cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Rollaway Policy:
• We charge for use of all rollways, a $15.00 plus tax per rollaway per day applies.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
• A $75.00 charge will be assed for any pets found in cabins regardless of housing.
Information needed at check-in:
• Drivers License, Credit Card used for Deposit, and car information. If you paid by debit card, money order or cashiers check a cash deposit will be required at check in.
